Hey there!

My name is Kelly O'Leary. I am a freshman communications major and I live on campus. I am also a Student Ambassador and an Emerging Leader. I am currently taking 6 classes this semester: Composition and Literature, Public Speaking, Business Ethics, Contemporary U.S. History, Radio Practicum, and Sociology of the Family. I also play on the softball team and I am a writing tutor. When I first started looking at colleges, I wanted to attend Northeastern University. But after my tour of Dean, I absolutely fell in love. I chose Dean College because of it's small population and because of everything it has to offer. The academic support programs offered a variety of assistance that I didn't find anywhere else. Dean also offers dozens of ways to get involved on campus which also provides the opportunity to meet new people. In addition to the gorgeous campus, Dean offered hands on experience my freshman year that I would have to wait to experience until my junior year at a four year university. This truly is a one of a kind school that offers unique experiences and opportunities!
